Her Power Space is located in Lauderhill, Florida. We serve local and remote professionals, entrepreneurs, and small business owners.
2. What are your business hours?
Our standard office hours are Monday through Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM. Members with access plans may have extended access. Weekend hours available by appointment.

We’re ideal for entrepreneurs, remote workers, coaches, consultants, online businesses, creatives, and anyone needing a professional space to work, meet, or receive mail.
VIRTUAL OFFICE & MAIL
4. What is included in the Virtual Office service?
Our Virtual Office includes a professional business address, mail handling, and optional add-ons like meeting space and live receptionist support.
5. Can I use the address for my LLC or corporation?
Yes, your Virtual Office address can be used to register your business with the state, open a business bank account, and for marketing materials (conditions apply).
6. How does the Virtual Mail service work?
We receive and securely store your mail. You can choose to pick it up, have it forwarded, or request a scan of your mail items.
7. How often is mail processed?
Mail is processed and available for pickup Monday through Friday during business hours. We also offer mail forwarding upon request.
CO-WORKING & PRIVATE OFFICE
8. What is a Co-Working Space?
Our co-working space offers shared desks and community work areas where members can drop in, work, and network in a supportive environment.
9. Do you offer private office space?
Yes, we have fully furnished private offices available on a monthly basis. Great for entrepreneurs who need a dedicated, secure workspace.
10. Do I need to book in advance?
We recommend booking private offices or co-working day passes in advance to ensure availability, especially during peak hours.
CONFERENCE ROOM & EVENT SPACE
11. Can I book a conference room for client meetings?
Absolutely! Our conference room is available by the hour or by the day and includes Wi-Fi, screen sharing, and a whiteboard.
12. What’s included with the event space rental?
Our event space includes seating, tables, Wi-Fi, and basic A/V. It’s perfect for workshops, networking events, small launches, or classes.
13. Do you allow outside vendors or catering for events?
Yes! You’re welcome to bring in outside vendors, caterers, or your own setup—just let us know in advance to coordinate.
MEMBERSHIPS & BOOKING
14. Do you offer membership plans?
Yes, we offer flexible membership options for virtual mail, co-working, and office use. You can choose day passes, monthly plans, or custom bundles.
15. How do I book a space or become a member?
You can book directly via our website, call us, or stop by during office hours. Membership setup is quick and easy!
16. Are walk-ins allowed?
Walk-ins are welcome for tours or general inquiries. For workspace or room usage, it’s best to reserve in advance.
POLICIES & PAYMENT
17. What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance for bookings (meeting and event spaces). Memberships require notice based on your plan terms (usually 30 days).
18. What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, Zelle and ACH transfers. Payments can be set up as recurring for monthly plans.
19. Is parking available?
Yes, we have free on-site parking available for all guests and members.
